Well, hello, you guys. Welcome back to the Good Day podcast. I feel like I haven't talked to you guys in

forever. Like I had a little bit of an unintentional break here recently. And I'm so sorry. I just

completely dropped the ball. Life got busy.

May was crazy. Ending school, you fellow moms I know can relate May is just kind of like a whirlwind

between all the end of school stuff. And yeah, just finishing everything up. Plus we snuck in a very

last minute trip back toxas which if you're

listening if you're a regular listener you're probably rolling your eyes like sarah why the heck do you

guys keep going back to texas and the reason is because my husband he works there matt works there

quite a bit um at least you know a few times a year he'll go and work and we just like to tag

along whenever he goes to Texas because it's usually warm there. This time around was really warm.

Last time when we went in March, the weather was pretty gray and rainy. And this time it was

actually really, really nice. So that was fun. I always love,

you know, going and doing those little mini trips with the kids whenever we can. And it's so funny,

like my kids, ever since we started traveling, which was really like the summer of 2021 when we

went to Florida for the first time, ever since then, we've tried really hard to do these

little mini trips with the kids and even if it's just a few nights to go somewhere just for fun,

you know, and to get out and have a new experience and make memories together. But they love,

absolutely love to fly, which is just so funny because you guys know, I'm sure this a lot.

I'm not the biggest fan of flying. I definitely have grown in my, you know, my feelings

toward flying in the last few years we've done it enough now that I'm used to it and I'm not

as freaked out by it and I kind of enjoy it in a way most most times sometimes

not so much but they like make it feel like the most exciting thing ever kids are just the best
