1:04.1	conversation from an in-laws point of view. And no matter how you slice and dice it, it sucks,

1:13.2	you can to provide for your family and you're doing everything you can to make this business
1:18.3	successful. You feel like you are absolutely burning the candle at both ends and you feel like
1:23.1	you're spinning your wheels and not getting anything done. And you're wondering,
1:27.3	what do you have to show for it?
1:29.1	Maybe that's it. Or maybe you feel like, I'm on a roller coaster or a rocket ship and things are going
1:34.2	great, but I can't keep up with it. You know, that's another angle that this might take.
1:39.4	So for me, I mean, this really started when the hub was new and small and I was a solopreneur trying to do it all.
1:48.7	And it's also, you know, been a conversation once I've had 20 employees and had to figure out how do I streamline and systematize things.
