So on your way to get magazines, if you want to do some dynamic stretching so you

don't blow a fucking hammy, go ahead and do that, which means just jog up there, dynamic stretching.

You know, just jog high knees. High knees is a good example of dynamic stretching. A jumping

jack is a good example of dynamic stretching. You want to get the blood flowing and you want to activate the joints and muscles. So to me, it's very important that dynamic stretching. I did an ass load of it today before sprints.
