Welcome back to the Yoga Inspired Life podcast.

I'm very grateful and happy that you're here with me today.

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere with me, we are officially in fall.

Fall is in full swing.

And I'm going to be honest, summer is my favorite season. Fall, though, is like the runner up. I actually love fall and I would love fall

more if winter didn't come after it. I think I always get scared about fall because I'm like,

yeah, I love fall. But when fall is here, that means winter is coming next. And I've said this

before, but I'm going to say it again.

Winters in New York are scary, especially for a California sun loving girl like me.

But right now is not the time for me to complain, okay?

We're in fall.

We're embracing fall.

We love fall.

We're in it.

We're here.

And we love it.

And if we don't love it, we're going to learn to love it. And if we don't love it, we're going to learn to love it. It's such a beautiful season, I will say, for so many different reasons. There is something about this season. The air is crisp.
