So when your alarm goes off instead of like that current, like that beep, beep, beep, the wake up that's annoying and stuff, you know, turn that sound like, turn the alarm sound like something nicer, like wind chimes or a little, like a gentle warmup or some music or something like that. Good idea. Wake up. You turn the alarm off, sit in bed for like two minutes and just think about like your day, get mentally prepared |
