So we recommend spending time with each new member of our team,

encouraging them to tell the truth. Now you're going to

to tell me about that because I go into a meeting somebody and I assume they're

telling me the truth and it'd be wise not to do that, right?

And tell them not to be afraid of not knowing how to do something

or the standard way of doing something in their new role.

And there's reasons why we want them to know that.

Yeah, so look, when a direct starts working for you,

we obviously recommend you sit down and talk with them

over a period of weeks and talk to them about the basic things,

the non-negotiable things, we're setting a culture,

we're introducing them to the new culture, because we don't know the majority of the time,
