Good morning, everybody. Welcome to another episode of HawkBlogger Mornings. This is Brian Nemhouser, and we have a special guest today. Mike Dorocco will join us as we talk about this Jaguars versus Seahawks breakdown. We get to talk to Mike today. We'll get to talk to Mike Sando on Friday, as we always do. So all the mics, all the time here on the hot log of mornings. Mike, first of all, how are you doing this morning? I'm doing great. How are you? I'm doing really well. I'm doing really well. And as this is your first time on the show, tell us a little bit about yourself.

How did you get into this line of work and how long you've been covering the jet?

I've been covering the jagg since 2013 for ESPN.

Before that, I covered the University of Florida for ESPN and the Florida Times-Duty newspaper in Jacksonville for another 13 years.

I covered the good Gators.

I covered Tebow and Meyer and they were winning national titles and the basketball team

winning two national titles.

So I had a good run covering Florida.

I guess I was paying for it now with the Jaguars and how terrible that franchise has been.

But, you know, and I've always kind of wanted to do this ever since I was in high school.

So it's really, you know, right out of college, got a job and, you know, just kind of, what is that like, 30 years later.

Here we are.

Well, we appreciate your time. And this has been a special start to the Jaguars season, especially as someone who's probably, you know, seeing a lot of not so special starts to Jaguar's seasons. I think it's not since like 2000. I was looking this up before, 2007 maybe that the Jaguars have had a four and one

start to the season.

People have got to be thrilled after the big Monday night win against the big bad Kansas City Chiefs.

Yeah, the atmosphere in town.

You know, I covered the 2017 team here in the 2022 team, the two teams that

made the playoffs while I've been on the beat. And the atmosphere around those teams is what I'm

seeing in town right now. This town is a embraces a winner. They've been long-suffering

Jags fans.
