About Billy Barefoot Yogi

Billy Barefoot Yogi was born to a military family, which offered him the adventure of knowing many different homes at a young age and led to his discovery of a vast inward stillness upon experiencing the endless woods of Alaska. His journey in life led him to a practice of meditation and yoga, which he combined with his passion for music, and became a pioneer of hot yoga, meditation, and Satsang in the Ft Campbell, KY/TN area. He has since been teaching for 10+ years and has trained over 95 yoga instructors, including Padma Dharmata.

But before we do, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to align ourselves with the frequency that we want. So you're going to

pick a word that could be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever word resonates with the frequency

that you want. And when we breathe in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again,

really charge yourself up with that frequency. As you're holding your breath, visualize yourself

doing something in that frequency, and then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates

with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. Let's go ahead and take a deep

breath in. And now... and out.
