I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you back to our sleep series we are exploring this week.

There are not many things you can do to improve your health and wellness, your mental focus, as much as sleep can do for your health.

Of course, meditation also can do all those things plus more so you are in the

right place to sleep better. In today's episode you are going to discover a meditation

technique that I encourage you to do every time you meditate, not just when you are trying to sleep better.

So as you do this technique today, keep in mind that you are focusing on a chakra. Chakra's are simply considered to be areas in your body that harbor

And the fourth chakra, which is the chakra of focus today, has to do with your heart.
