Now, this is going to be a shorter one, and it's a little bit of a continuation from lessons in episode 444, where I discussed a magazine I was writing for, and they pulled my article for MMA fighters

And I really flipped out on the publisher and the editor.

And so it reminded me of my first book, The Encyclopedia of Underground Strength,

and how that book actually almost never happened. And I want to just say this before we go on.
