and just like what I do on the weekly to make me feel my best to be strong to have endurance and I'll talk about like what

for me I obviously intuitive workout I feel like I've talked about this so many times but

I'm constantly changing up what I'm doing and for for me, that's really just like to burst motivation.

That's how I kind of stay engaged with my workouts. So I just want to preface before this

episode even starts that I'm actually not a personal trainer. Yes, I'm trying to become one,

but I'm not one yet. And I'm not sharing this episode to like tell you what to do in the

gym. I'm just inspiring you to maybe find a workout routine that works for you. And I do get a lot

of questions about it. So I know that it's interesting to hear. And honestly, I love talking to people

about this. Like every time I'm talking to one of my friends, I'm like, oh, like, what do you do? Like, I love hearing other people's workout routines because it just kind of inspires me. And it's cool to hear different people's

perspectives and what their goals are. So that's why I thought this episode would be kind of fun.
