Good morning, guys. Welcome to Not Your Typical with Not Your Typical Fitness lover, Caitlin Nolan.

0:07.6

If you guys are wondering how much I love you, just know that I'm sitting in a hot car. And I'm recording this because Coco is going kind of crazy at the house.

0:15.8

So I was like, okay, I need to just be put in a bubble, record this. And we're talking about a lot of just self-sufficient habits, goal-oriented mindset,

0:27.9

and how to just stay motivated, especially like in your 20s.

0:31.8

Whenever I'm talking to like a friend or someone personal in my life, I feel like a lot of

0:36.2

the time when they're asking me for advice,

0:38.0

it has a lot to do with just like going for your goals, being self-sufficient, making your goals

0:43.5

1:28.6

able to do this as a job and put your whole energy into it. Obviously, if I had a full-time job

1:33.7

doing something else that was creating an income for me, I wouldn't be able to put as much energy,

1:39.4

time and motivation into this project that I work on for social media. And that's a lot of the reason why you

1:47.4

have to be efficient with social media if it is a career. But that's not what this episode's about.

1:52.1

We're not going to talk about like social media specifically as a career, just turning your

1:56.4

passion project into an income or how to be successful in the career that you have. Even if you are in

2:04.0

school right now, how to be successful in school, how to be successful with your goals, whether that
