I hope you guys, like our family, had an incredible Thanksgiving.

Such a great time to slow down, to be grateful, even in a year that's been difficult and for many it's been the most

challenging year perhaps to just stop for a little bit and take some time

starts to fill your soul again and I hope that took place for you and as we head into December we're excited to talk to Curtis Zachary about rest.

You know, rest is the first rhythm for a reason because it's the one that if we don't have rest it's hard to move

forward and do anything else and so it sometimes seems the opposite that we're

supposed to get busy and then we find time to rest but really rest is the
