Well, we are happy to have you. And this is a topic that affects so many people. You know, everyone deals with discomfort at some point in their life. Everyone's looking for relief. So my first question for you is, what are some causes of discomfort that happen in our bodies?

Some big factors that contribute to discomfort in our body are tension, overuse, aging.
