So what is it that brought the issue of clean water to your attention?

So a lot of people think, oh, you must have been like really into water or like have some type of biology degree or something that would make you take real interest in water.

But the truth is we were just a young, newlywed couple who really had no idea about the fact that there was a world water crisis.

Even though I had had pretty extensive travels and had been to many places around the world that do actually suffer from a lack of clean water, it was always provided for me in abundance.
