I wanted to create an episode that really could be a standalone for you to use whenever

0:34.1

the world gets to be too much, whether it's world events or its personal events or

0:41.4

culturally specific events. The last couple weeks in the world when I'm recording this have

0:49.4

been extremely heartbreaking and extremely disturbing. I think back to 2020 and George Floyd being in the

0:58.7

news and I realize this sad truth that in the past there have been horrific things that have

1:07.3

happened that are traumatic. In the present, there are always horrific things

moments is so key.

2:47.7

2:55.2

And I want to close this episode with a grounding meditation for you.

3:01.8

It's my hope that you will hold on to this episode, put it to the side, download it, and save it for when things get overwhelming. It's also my hope that you share this episode far and wide with people in
