I welcome you back here, or maybe this is your first time to the leading Saints

world and community if it is your first time I welcome you you're in the right place I

think you'll find a lot of fantastic information here and if you don't know

leading Saints is a nonprofit organization

where we strive to help lay leaders within the church be better prepared to lead and

we do that by things like this podcast or online articles or online conferences that we host and put on.

And a lot of good stuff happening here.

Now some of you may remember back in November of 2018 we had a really our first official big leadership conference which was in downtown

Salt Lake City at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and we broadcasted it to the world and it was

One I've got to say I recommend that you check out her talk, her presentation I should say that she did at the Leadership Conference which was all about

counseling with our councils and just best practices when it comes to

counseling together really really good stuff when I find someone like Jessica, I just want to make sure we keep in touch with them
