It is a breezy, cloudy morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina,

but gratefully, it's also a mild morning.

Temperatures are above where they normally are.

And it actually feels kind of nice.

It's also quiet.

I'm out pretty early this morning. This was one of those mornings

where I woke up a little bit earlier than I normally do. Even I had this conversation,

I think it was yesterday, about how I pop out of bed. She said, people don't do that.

I think that comes from decades of doing morning radio.

When the alarm would go off at 3 or 3.30,

and I would set it for as late as I could.

And so I developed the habit, the ability, I guess, to get out of bed quickly.

And so this morning, I woke up, no alarm, woke up, looked at my Fitbit, the watch face on my Fitbit saw that,

a little bit earlier than I would want to

get up, but that's all right. I did not hop right out of bed. Actually, grab my phone,

checked my email, make sure everything was okay with the kids, there weren't any text messages

about things happening that were problems and and then I slowly

got out of bed and so now here I am. I got a message earlier this week. Actually it was a comment
