healing breath.

That way we can manifest the frequency that we want to be in together.

This is going to be a group healing meditation, and we're going to pick a word that resonates

with the frequency that we want.

So if you want to be in abundance, if you want to be want. So if you want to be in abundance,

if you want to be in joy, if you want to be in love, happiness, whatever you want to

resonate in, pick that word and say it over and over and over again as you breathe in. And as

you hold your breath, imagine yourself doing something in that vibration.

Imagine yourself in love.

Imagine yourself doing something in abundance.

Imagine yourself forgiving somebody.

Whatever it is that you want, imagine yourself doing it.

And then as you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with that frequency will leave you
