Thanks so much for having me as your guest host this week.

It has been really meaningful to share stories and tips about how to heal ourselves.

And when we talk about healing, something that can come up a lot is finding inner peace.

It's a place we all want to get to, and the good news is, we can, even when it seems

out of reach.

So today, let's get into what inner peace looks like and what we can do to create a peaceful

life.

Inner peace looks and feels like keeping our nervous system regulated in moments of stress,

anxiety, and external chaos or confusion.

I knew that I was approaching inner peace in my healing when I stopped getting worked

up about things that I couldn't change.

And I stopped letting people's bad behavior ruin my day.

The more I healed, the more I realized that certain things were disrupting my peace because

I was giving my power away.

So I knew that I needed to stop going back and forth with people who were committed to

misunderstanding me.

I knew that I needed to start holding back when I felt big feelings so that I could process

and come to the table in a way that was healthy and non-reactionary.
