Summary

Be guided in a meditation about finding your "truth voice" and understanding that it's okay for it to have ups and downs, just like everything else in life. We're using the Hermetic idea that everything moves in cycles (like waves or a pendulum) to understand how our communication works. Be guided to be kind to yourself and understand that your voice is a part of you, and it's always changing, just like everything else.

This week, we embark on a journey into the ancient and profound wisdom of Hermeticism. Hermeticism, attributed to the legendary figure Hermes Trismegistus, is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that has influenced thinkers for millennia. It offers a unique perspective on the nature of reality, the interconnectedness of all things, and the power of the mind.

And the Hermetic movement is attracting a resurgence these days. It stems from life during the Hellenistic period. This was after Alexander the

great's many conquests. It emerged in Hellenistic Egypt at a time when Greek and Egyptian cultures

were intermingling. And this cultural fusion led to the blending

of the Greek god Hermes with the Egyptian god Thoth, creating the figure of Hermes

Trismegistis. The heretic Movement attracted people seeking deeper spiritual and philosophical understanding.

And these individuals were often interested in the nature of reality and the interconnectedness of all things and the power of the mind.
