and I mean preach about having balance. Like they'll post these videos all the time that are like,

to have this, you also have to do this. And it's like showing all these clips and videos,

implying that to be able to be rested eating really healthy and in shape

you also have to go out binge drink eat fast food and i agree with that in a way like you do need

balance across the board in your life yes i'm not completely coming for this overall theme or a thing

that people say like when people promote being balanced but i want to ask you guys what do you

actually think that balance is like really sit with yourself and ask yourself what balance means to you is it like do you actually think that balance is? Like, really sit with yourself

and ask yourself what balance means to you? Is it like a straight 50-50 line or is it 60, 40, 70, 30?
