1:00.4	I asked Samir, what was stopping him from moving the needle on this repeated feedback?
1:07.5	He said, I had this voice in my head that tells me I can't make mistakes.
1:11.6	I've had it forever.
1:12.6	I remember feeling that way when I was in middle school.
1:15.7	Back in those days it motivated the crap out of me, but now the stakes are higher.
1:19.2	I'm a lot more visible.
1:20.8	So that voice, the one that wants to stop me from ever making a mistake, it's going
1:25.9	like gangbusters these days.
1:27.6	And the solution, bury myself deeper so I can get everything right.
