I have a book deal with the sixth largest publisher in the world and I truly believe the

book will help many people and be a great boost to my professional life as well.

I have kids ages 8 to 27 and believe the best thing I can do with them right now is invest

time into them.

So these are the great works and opportunities in front of me.

Great things.

The days go by and I find myself dealing with the more urgent demands of daily life and

these initiatives often stay on the back burner.

So do I need to stop some activities, delegate some things?

Or do I just need to get more focused and work smarter?
