Imagine you’re faced with two paths to success: one is hard and full of obstacles, while the other is straightforward and effective.
The secret to success isn’t about working harder; it’s about working smarter. Successful people don’t create more obstacles for themselves, they find ways to remove them.
In this episode, I’ll use the inversion method to explain how figuring out what will guarantee failure and avoiding those issues is often much simpler than trying to discover the perfect path to success.
Instead of getting overwhelmed by all the endless things you need to do to become successful, focus on identifying what would guarantee your failure, then simply, do the opposite.
It’s natural to feel like you’re fighting a losing battle and that progress is impossible. It’s easy to think that giving up is the only option. But true success isn’t about never facing challenges; it’s about persevering, taking responsibility, and making adjustments to simplify your path so you can achieve your goals with greater ease.
