Hi everyone, it's Rosie. Welcome to Radio Headspace and to Tuesday. So I'd like to start

0:21.8

off this episode with a little story that really speaks to how my life has been lately.

0:27.4

It highlights the importance of surrendering to the present moment and finding stillness

0:32.0

amidst life's challenges. Once a seeker asked a Zen Master, how can I find inner peace

2:02.2

What better way to get grounded than to sit on the ground, right? My fiance Tori came in and saw

2:08.6

that I was sitting on the floor of our bedroom surrounded by clutter with my eyes closed.

2:13.8

What's happening? He asked with deep concern in his voice. I opened my eyes and responded.

2:19.5

I need a minute or ten.

2:24.2

In that moment of intentional grounding, I experienced a profound shift. I sat there and visualized

places out in nature that bring me peace and calm. I thought of my body floating in the ocean and
