Summary

Fervent is defined as having or showing great warmth or intensity of spirit and feeling. Having enthusiasm is also part of being fervent. The word is also defined as hot; burning; glowing. The word fierce means to me that there is passionate intensity behind the item you're referring to. Today I feel furiously eager and intense about the level of gratitude I feel for my life. I'm grateful to you, Mindful Tribe, for being a faithful listener. I'm grateful for my family and friends. I'm grateful for nature and for the fact that I have a healthy body and can run every day in nature.  Today is Thanksgiving Sunday here in Canada, and that's the reason I'm talking about gratitude today. It's important to have gratitude every day, but today is a great reminder of the many ways I am grateful about the life I have.

our lives.

But sometimes it doesn't come like real natural, naturally. You know, sometimes, you know, we know that that's what we're supposed to do,

1:54.0

but when I'm being grateful, is it really truly coming from my heart? I mean, there have been times when I've asked myself that.

2:02.8

And I've had a gratitude journal and I've, you know, had, you know, like habits and routines
