In today's episode, we are covering a topic that comes up all the time.

We are going to dive into basal body temperatures.

And what makes today's episode a bit different is that we are going to be reviewing a study.

And I found the study. It's fairly recent. It came out a couple of years ago.

And they're analyzing the effectiveness of a wearable basal body temperature device versus oral temperatures. And so there's so much interesting details in the study to dig into.

Really excited to share it with you.

So let's go ahead and jump right in.

So again, the title of these studies always leave something to be desired, but I'll share it with you anyways.

So the title of the study is the accuracy of wrist skin temperature in detecting ovulation compared to basal body temperature.

And in this study, they were actually measuring the effectiveness of the Ava device in confirming

ovulation, and they were comparing it to just a regular oral thermometer.

And so like I said, there's a ton of really interesting details and some issues with interpretation that I want to share,
