Summary

This week we are chatting about eating disorders, body image and fitspiration with Rhiannon Lambert. She is a nutritionist with a clinic in Harley Street and often works with people who have various eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating. In this episode we looked at the definition of disordered eating, why ‘cheat meals’ and the restrict/binge cycle isn’t healthy, the problem with food labeling, tracking macros vs intuitive eating and the influences of social media on eating habits and body image.
