This week we are chatting about some of the reasons why you are not experiencing the results you were expecting.
My guest is Gar Benn. He is a coach based in Ireland for a company called Sigma Nutrition and he’s also the owner or a gym called City Gym Limerick. In this episode, we dive deep on setting realistic expectations, different metrics to track progress, and some of the misinterpretations that people have when it comes to following weight loss guidelines.
It's helpful if you are in that process of trying to lose weight. Or if you experience success at the beginning but you may have noticed that results start to slow down and may be getting a little bit frustrated. This will help get you back on track and allow you to look at the bigger picture.
