This week you are in for a treat. We’ve got Chris Powell on the show. Chris is a transformation coach and he was the host of a program that we called “Obese: A Year to Save My Life” but in the U.S. it was called “Extreme Weight Loss”. We've had to split the episode into two parts. In this part, we'll be looking at how Chris ended up becoming one of the most popular transformation coaches in the U.S. We chatted about his experiences of working with people and helping them lose crazy amounts of weight like 200 pounds in a year. Chris had some serious challenges and boundaries to break. He helped people who were so obese they were struggling to walk, had years of terrible diet choices and hadn’t exercised in years.
