Summary

In this episode we are chatting with Carter Good about his journey where he lost an incredible 147 pounds (67kgs). We hear all about his radical lifestyle shifts and how he took the unconventional approach of not jumping on the scales to track his weight. In fact, he had no knowledge about nutrition or counting calories and still lost massive amounts of weight. It wasn’t until he lost 80 pounds that he hit a true plateau and decided to research how to get to the next level.

Carter has practically been a human guinea pig for just about every dieting approach and gives a lot of advice on the pros and cons of each. We hear about the ways in which he made smarter food choices and why it’s vital for everyone to focus on their individual journey and what works for them.
