Happened again this morning. It's actually kind of this odd thing that happens most mornings while I'm making breakfast.

And it actually is connected to what we're doing today, to walking.

the walk. Today's 10-minute walk starts after this. Today's walk is also starting with the sound

of a lawnmower. It's one of the larger lawnmowers. I think it's a county employee who is cutting the grass near a stream.

I'm on the other side, and I'm looking at the stream that is quiet at the moment,

much quieter than that lawnmower, and the stream flows into a lake that is

behind our community and where I'm standing right now on the other side of

the stream is where the beavers used to live there was a dam there a beaver

dam and I think they have abandoned it and moved, which is what I'm going to do because this

lawnmower is getting closer and closer as they cut the grass on the other side of the

down.

I want to give you a little glimpse into my morning routine, my morning breakfast routine.

Every morning, I make coffee and have two slices of peanut butter toast for breakfast. I'm one of those people who can have the same

thing every day, day after day, week after week, month after month, and yes, year after year.

If I really enjoy a certain kind of food, I have no problem eating it over and over and over again. My wife, Ava,

completely different. I have for probably my entire life, I have loved peanut butter toast in the

morning. And I've upgraded the toast.

I now use very healthy bread, a little bit of butter,

and organic chunky peanut butter.

And every morning, two slices along with a cup of coffee.

And as I'm preparing my breakfast, and this two slices along with a cup of coffee.
