I'll share with you as I always do insight about the week's theme

as you follow the Pythagorean Path, a seven-day journey to harmony. And today, the featured

meditation technique is a mudra.

So I'll share this mudra with you that you can do as I share your insight and as you're guided in the meditation.

This week's mudra is the Kisipana or Kali Mudra and it invokes a deep inner sense of calmness.

To do this mudra is pretty simple. I'll guide you through it right now.

You'll raise your hands, both hands, up to your heart and you will intertwine your fingers,

pressing your palms together.

And then you will cross your left thumb over your right thumb and then extend your index fingers upwards.

This is a mantra that also helps you to tune into your deep inner truth. And the reason I
