And whether you are in a space where that is resonating really deeply right now, or you're in a place where you have to kind of work to get to the heart of each practice.

Giving yourself some time to just really feel for what's in your heart is a beautiful thing to

return to every single day. And I bet you there is something that you've been carrying in your heart that could use a little

bit of attention, maybe, something that's hiding just beneath the surface. Maybe you feel

something stirring there or bubbling there quietly. Something you've struggled with lately

that you could just use a bit of time with.

Are you holding any kind of sadness in your heart right now?

Just take a moment and feel.

Closing your eyes, placing your hand to your heart could be a really helpful place to start.

Noticing what is moving here right in this moment.

If there is sadness present, just notice the texture of that sadness.

Notice what it really feels like, maybe even what it tastes like. Where in your body do you sense that sadness moving? Is it there across

your heart almost feeling like pressure? Or does it feel like a cool sensation somewhere in your body like a little tingling?

It might show up as a numbness, might show up as heat and warmth.

Just notice where in your body do you experience that sadness if it's there.

Does it feel heavy like a weight or does it feel light like something untethered? Just give yourself some space and feel. And if in this moment
