Hi friends, welcome back to the show. Today I have a very tender practice for you.

We are, as you already know, talking about grief on the show this week. And I wanted to offer you a simple practice that can be really, really deep and profound

0:23.0

around how the grief we hold in our hearts isn't something that we do alone, that the grief

1:51.9

that belongs to us all? You might write about a natural disaster you feel connected to.

2:00.4

You might write about war, about injustice, about the children of the world, about the state

2:07.9

of nature and our environment.

2:10.8

See what comes.

2:12.4

Make sure it flows straight from your heart.

2:15.7

And from there, I want you to take a moment and write a grief that you're

2:20.3

feeling in your heart on behalf of someone you know. So someone in your life who is going through
