Really it hit me in a way that like this is stuff that I talk about a lot, but to hear the way that Heather describes

I think that it's great when we talk about things in theory,

achievement, of living the life that you want, of becoming the person that you want to be. This is where the

magic happens. It's in the uncomfortable feelings. It's getting

comfortable with fear, getting friendly with fear. It's identifying those sticky emotions that we often suppress and we avoid and we don't want to feel them anymore.

Like this is where the magic happens and the more that you avoid it, the more that you are delaying the outcome that you desire.
