to experience peace by going on a worry fast, releasing a worry one each day and if you could symbolically allow that worry to dissipate or disappear by using the elements of the earth. This meditation technique may become very powerful for you.

So as you sit down and get ready to meditate, relaxing your cares and your worries. Feeling yourself grounded.

grounded. Whatever's going on in your life, right now is your time. I'm going to Visualize your care or your worry and think about how you'd like to release it

You may want to burn it in a little fire or simply burn a candle as you write down your cares. You may want to cleanse yourself, purifying yourself with water. Beautiful. Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into this stillness as you mentally symbolically release your worries and cares.
