And that is to meditate.

As you sit in inner stillness, you experience more peace, energy and clarity.

And so as you reflect on your ancestors or those people who helped to shape you or mold you in some way,

And remember that truth is eternal and so whatever they shared with you,

whether it was long ago, still remains today.

That is truth and that truth is within you and you can draw out that truth anytime you want.
