Summary

A breathing technique to feel grounded when worries and fears cause you to judge others.

Passing judgment on others seems second nature to us. In fact, we seem to have a built-in mechanism for judging others that may stem from a survival need to protect our own self-interests. As you're guided through this week's series, you're going to discover a non-judgment thought process that stems from yoga and meditation philosophy.

This is day 3 of a 7-day meditation series, Non-Judgement episodes 2635-2641.
