Folks, we've got exciting news regarding client events.

Client events for effective manager training

can now be three sessions.

That's the standard.

We've talked to a lot of clients.

And scheduling four sessions is harder, obviously.

And so we've figured out how to do one-on-ones

feedback and delegation and rolling out the Trinity

in three sessions.

Agendas make that hard to do it to make sure

that the session is not too long,

but it covers the key points and it flows well.
