In Massachusetts, a woman was arrested in connection to the death of a well-known and beloved

lawyer.

In Florida, a man was arrested after police found his girlfriend dead in their home.

And in Texas, a man called 911 and reported that he had killed, his husband.

On the afternoon of Sunday, February 2nd,

officers with the Boston Police Department in Massachusetts

were called to the Charlestown Marina for a requested welfare check. According to those who had made the request, 65-year-old Joseph Donahue,

a well-known lawyer in the Boston area, had him been heard from for a few days, which was unusual.

His friends and family found his absence to be concerning. They told dispatch on the call that they

had gone on Joseph's houseboat at the Charlestown

Marina where he lived, but they weren't able to establish contact with him despite his

vehicle being parked there.

Responding officers traveled out to the marina and made their way onto Joseph's boat.

It was at that time that they noticed the woman inside running around and seemingly moving

things around.
