The search continues for missing 11-year-old Ganon Stotch of Colorado Springs.

According to Ganon's stepmother, the child was last seen on January 27th, leaving his

house.

An Alabama judge is ruled that Brittany Smith, who shot and killed her alleged rapist as

the elder brother in a chokehold, is not eligible for immunity under Alabama's standard

ground law.

Finally, Angela Val, who survived a Brooklyn Axe attack that left her in critical condition

and killed her best friend, spoke about the ordeal for the first time since the attack.

11-year-old Ganon Stotch has been missing since January 27th.

The Denver Post reports that according to Latisha Stotch, Ganon's stepmother, Ganon

was last seen as he left his home to go to the house of a friend.

Latisha was the last person to see Ganon alive.

At first, Ganon was considered a runaway, despite not having a history of running away.

On Thursday, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office announced they now consider Ganon to

be missing and at risk.

This is due to his age, the amount of time that his past since he was last seen, and

the fact that he requires daily medication.
