that I've been sharing. So I'm excited. It's a process, right? I feel like when we're exploring

body appearance and by way of body acceptance or body acceptance being able to work with body

appearance, it's a process. And how has it been something that you've been working on over the years and even just right now? Like how has it changed for you and evolved? Yeah. Well, I think within myself, like in my own world, the people around me, my own mind, my own body, I feel like I've come a long way. I feel self-acceptance. Depends on the days. Some days I'm more body neutral. Some days I'm body positive. And I'm like, hell yeah, I love my body. And some days I'm like, oh, my body is a body. And that's it fluctuates. But I feel like that's both of those things are a night and day difference from hating my body and being afraid to go outside and be looked at because I struggled with body image so badly. So I feel like I've come
