0:55.7	Your book couldn't have come out at a better time. And I'm wondering how it came about. Well, in terms of timing, my friends
1:03.3	tell me to stop writing books because my first one came out the day before 9-11. I had one in the

1:14.8	And then they said, you know, please give me two years warning before you write another once I can get out.
1:17.0	But I was speaking at a major leadership conference.
1:21.7	And at the end of it, senior executives from, let's just say, some Fortune 10, Fortune 20 companies went to the lounge
1:31.1	and started talking about what was happening to their careers now that they had hit their 50s.
1:36.3	And they felt like they were being pushed aside, some were expected, quickly be pushed out,
1:41.4	one was forced to retire early. And I thought, wow, that's just like what
1:46.8	my friends are telling me and my neighbors are telling me. So I thought, this is great. I'm going
