My first question for you is one that I think a lot of people have, and that's what is

mindfulness and how do I start practicing?

You know, that's a great question because I think even all of us in the mindfulness arena are still asking that question. We, in general,

you know, it's awareness of one's breath, one's state of mind.

And even though there is a general definition out there, I really like to think of it as though we were referring to overall awareness.

So when we are thinking about mindfulness, it can seem a little intimidating.
