Like with my friends, but I feel like there's gonna be some juicy stories to come

So I'm excited for today's episode with Ellie and she obviously was a D1 runner at Wake Forest and then was a professional

Traffey and professional runner for Lana track club

So I feel like we're gonna have so much to talk about just in the running world and our experiences

I'm trying to get back into that. I don't know

I'd feel like I just I don't really get that much outside interaction with people that

So when Spotify wraps comes around especially just because the podcast is so

I don't know I feel more out of touch with the listeners because you don't you can't like get comments from it
