| 1:36.0 | Okay so I've been eating in a calorific deficit for quite some time now. I've hit a plateau. I've been on this plateau for I'd say about three months. |
| 1:47.0 | I've been eating wholesome food, drinking plenty of water, I'm gymming four or five times a week mixing up my workouts, I'm lifting heavy, I'm doing a lot of cardio and I just can't seem to break through it. |
| 1:59.0 | Okay got it. So Rachel would you mind if I ask you how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I'm about five foot one and I weigh about nine stone. I think that's like 58 kilograms but don't hold me to that. I'm not sure on kilograms. |
| 2:13.0 | Alright so once again so I'm gonna have to go to Google and translate nine stone to pounds so I actually know how much we're talking so nine stone is 126 pounds and how how tall did you say you are? |
| 2:30.0 | About five foot one. Five foot one got it so 120 pounds five foot. |
| 2:34.0 | But you are already a pretty lean athletic person right so you train you work out hard your nutrition is very good. |
| 2:43.0 | Yes but it's like my my arms and my legs everything but like most women I hold all of the fat is in the stomach and that just does not seem to budge. |
| 2:54.0 | Got it okay so so this is really really really good now how many calories are you eating? |
| 3:01.0 | Between 1,200 and 1,300 and then obviously when I exercise I work out how many of those calories I've burned and then I obviously replace those with eating. |

| 3:23.0 | There's your problem how are you how are you counting your calories burned? |
| 3:27.0 | I've just it's a Garmin Vivo Fed it's a wristwatch it's not exactly the best thing in the world but it's it's a rough estimate. |
| 3:35.0 | This is went way faster and way more easy than I expected it to but what if I were to tell you that those calorie trackers that track how many calories you burn are notoriously wrong by upwards of 50%. |
