you love. Body fat doesn't serve us. It's something that all of us at some point in our lives want to

It should be sustainable. It should be daily habits and practices that ultimately

you're able to sustain in your current lifestyle. We all have a different lifestyle. We all have

different degrees of obligations and degrees of busyness, right? We all have certain things

that fill in our life and there's seasons of life. Sometimes the season says, gosh,

I'm working 16 hours a day. I just don't have time to do the work. Sometimes the season of life

says, you know what, I've got tons of time to do training and cardio and all these things and take

advantage of those things. And in the seasons of being busy, learn the high impact habits that

you ultimately must execute on every day. When you're really busy,

you have to live in the habit of eating less. When you're really bit when you're not busy,

you've got extra time. You have to create the habit of doing more, creating more work. I personally have a belief that we don't have an overeating problem as a society. I don't think overeating is a

problem. I think eating the wrong foods is a problem. I think undermoating is a problem. I think eating the wrong foods is a problem.

I think undermoving is a problem. I think if you choose the right foods in general,

the likelihood of you actually overeating on calories is very small. Our society is obviously founded on terrible food choices. Most of us grew up eating terrible foods, things that humans
