I'm going to start off with a bit of a solo cast, a bit of an introduction to this amazingly special guest, someone who has had some of the greatest impact on my development as a human. some semblance of fulfillment, maybe it's happiness. Defining what that looks like for you is

partaken in. Ironically comes from a book that I bought for my daughter and I at the time she was

six, she's now eight, and it's a little experiment that I suggest every one of you do. So you all

heard the statement that you become the five people you surround yourself with. And in 2012,

I was sitting by myself, realizing that the people in my life were not a representation of the

person I wanted to become. And there was no fault of anybody. It was simply the life I was

living at the time. I spent most of my time with my children, with my partner, with my training partner.

And it wasn't an exact reflection of the vision I had for the man I want to be.

So fast forward, you know, a few years from there, I come across this amazing experiment slash writing assignment.

And all the writing assignment said was,

on the left side of the page was for my daughter, on the right side of the page, or for myself at the top, it read, who are your best friends and why do you love them? And so my daughter
